Installation and Compatibility

Water inlet position. This model is supplied with the water inlet on the left as you face the toilet. Before ordering, stand facing your toilet and check where the water supply hose connects to your cistern. If your connection is on the right, call us on 0491 086 484 before you order, and we'll talk through your options so you don't end up with a fitting problem on installation day.

Power cord. The power cord is on the left as you face the toilet and is 1.5m long.

Toilet dimensions required. Measure your pan before you order. These are the figures this model needs, and the diagram in the product photos shows where each one is measured.

• A minimum 5cm of flat surface behind the seat bolt holes
• B 12 to 20cm between the two bolt holes, centre to centre
• C 40 to 46cm from the bolt holes to the front edge of the bowl
• D minimum 50cm from the cistern to the very front edge of the toilet

No remote, is that a problem? Not at all. The N850 features built-in controls on the side of the seat, so there are no batteries to replace and nothing to mount on the wall. If you prefer a wireless remote, check out the DIB N850R instead.

How is it different from the N850R? The N850 uses an attached side control panel instead of a wireless remote. All other features and performance are identical.

Is the water always warm? Yes. The tankless instant heating system keeps the water warm for the entire duration of your wash, with no cold bursts at any point.

Will it fit my D-Shape toilet? Most likely. The N850 is quite versatile and fits most standard Australian pans. We recommend confirming your toilet's shape and measurements before purchasing. Send us a photo if you're unsure.

Can the dryer replace toilet paper? Yes, the adjustable warm air dryer is designed to dry effectively, helping reduce or eliminate toilet paper use entirely.

Is it easy to maintain? Yes. The stainless steel nozzle self-cleans automatically before and after every use. The exterior can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
