When Australians talk about a proper electric bidet seat, they usually mean a Korean one. Korea is where the category grew up, and Korean seats are built around the things you notice every day: instant warm water with no tank to run out of, a heated seat, a nozzle that cleans itself before and after every use, and controls that make sense the first time you touch them. You will also see these listed as electronic bidet seats. It is the same product.
Every Korean seat we sell is made by DIB. We carry nine models, starting at $499.
How the DIB range is laid out
C series (C410, C430, C450R, C830, C850R). The core range. The C410 is the way in: warm water washing, heated seat, side controls. As you move up the series you add a warm air dryer, a deodoriser and a remote.
N and U series (N850, N850R, U850, U850R). The ultra slim models, with tankless instant heating and the lowest profile on the pan. Models ending in R come with a wireless remote. The others use a side control panel on the seat itself, which some people prefer because there is nothing to misplace.
Will it fit your toilet?
Australian toilets come in round, D shape and elongated pans, and the DIB range covers all three. Measure yours with our Fit Guide, or send us a photo of your toilet and we will confirm the right model before you order.
Certification, delivery and warranty
Every seat is WaterMark certified, and everything required for installation is in the box, including the T-valve, hose and fittings. Free shipping Australia wide on orders over $200, same day dispatch on orders placed before 1PM, and a 2 year warranty covering parts, repair labour and shipping in both directions.
Not sure which model is right? Compare every seat side by side. If there is no power point near your toilet, look at the Luelue range instead, which starts at $219 and needs no electricity at all.
