1. General

By purchasing from Bidetto (bidetto.com.au), you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

All products sold by Bidetto are intended for use in residential and care settings in Australia. Product specifications are subject to change without notice. We recommend reviewing the Fit Guide before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your toilet.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

8. Warranty

All Bidetto products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page at bidetto.com.au/pages/warranty for what is covered and how to make a claim.

9. Australian Consumer Law and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods is limited, at our option, to the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or the refund of the purchase price.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
