2. Products All products sold by Bidetto are intended for residential use in Australia and New Zealand. Product specifications are subject to change without notice. We recommend reviewing the Fit Guide before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your toilet.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

8. Warranty All Bidetto products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

10. Privacy We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process your order.
