Refund policy

Unopened items If you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Opened but uninstalled items If the product has been opened but not installed, we accept returns subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

Installed items We are unable to accept returns on items that have been installed.

Defective or damaged items If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to initiate a return Contact us at info@bidetto.com.au or call +61 0491 086 484 (Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm AEST) before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Warranty All Bidetto products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
